Actually, since I'm posting this the next day, I guess I did forget... Anyway, with regard to our Kentucky trip. I forgot one of the best parts. When we were on our tour, our tour guide Shaun took us to this little store called Wallace Station. There, had the most unbelievable bourbon chocolate ice cream! That's right, I said 'bourbon'! In ice cream! In chocolate ice cream! Yummy!!

Probably Valentine's ice cream. They have a shop in Lexington. Best ice cream I've tasted.
Not sure. Last time I went back, they had stopped selling it, but there was such an uproar that they said they were bringing it back.
